Janaka is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and resourceful Senior Cost Manager with over 13 years’ industry experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management aspects at international level specialising in the residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use developments in Asian and the Middle East regions.

Janaka is also from a strong quantity surveying background holding a BSc honours degree in QS. He is proficient in using various software including Cost X to both 3D model and 2D measurement, BIM and CAD Measure. Also, he is conducting lectures for Cost X as a visiting lecturer at University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka .
