Atlantis Staff Accommodation Project
The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is a mega project that comprises a hotel and residences. It encompasses 43 storeys and will culminate at a height of 185 meters above sea-level, while the residential tower will reach 37 storeys (165 meters above sea-level). Excom was responsible for the analysis of Claims in this project which was completed successfully. This marks the 3rd Association with the same client.
